This is part of my Vermont Fish Series. This is not a fish that I have ever caught. I don't think they are good to eat, but probably would be a blast to catch. The Vt. State record weighed in at a whopping 42.46 lbs. It was caught from Brattleboro Retreat Meadows on 5-28-2008.
