Glens Falls "New" Park Traditional Cache
Oxyperious: It seems to have become too well known to the indigenous population. Gone once too often.

City Park in Glens Falls has undergone a major revitalization.
The park was given to the community by Henry Crandall who also gave us Crandall Park, a little north of here, and Crandall Library, that sits in the park. He also gave us the Crandall Trust that owns about half of the park and provides some funding for the library.
In his will, Mr. Crandall directed that this park be known as Crandall Place. Maybe because of possible confusion with Crandall Park, it is commonly known as City Park.
Enjoy your tour of this "new" park space and stop to read the many monuments here.
