S'natas Krap Traditional Cache
Prime Reviewer: As there's been no cache to find for months, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.

This cache is located in Hans and Pat Suter Wildlife Refuge. Recommend parking at intersection of Ennis Joslin and Nile St. The area is full of wild flowers and birds. The cache is near an area with a good view of Oso Bay, Texas A&M Corpus Christi, and NAS Corpus Christi. This is our first cache. If you think the difficulty or terrain ratings are not accurate, please let me know.
Our first impression of this area was that of a dark/evil/spooky place that you might see in medieval times, with people gathered around in black hoods worshipping the devil. When you get near the GZ, there is an open area with stones placed in a large circle. If you are so inclined, maybe you will want to say a prayer to keep any evil spirits away.
If anyone knows what the stones were placed for, please share in your online log. For everyone else, please share your theories of what these stones were placed for, who may have placed them, or any other thoughts you have on this location.
I'm very surprised there isn't already a geocache placed in this park, which is a popular place for joggers, dog walkers, and nature observers.
Original contents include a travel bug with a coin dedicated to this cache for the first to find. Please move the coin on to another cache. The coin was made by CGMom. It has the cache's name on one side and a good luck symbol on the other. There are also a few miscellaneous toys.
Congratulations to CC-SCHMITZFAMILY4 for the FTF. Sorry you were out looking for nothing your first time out.
Also congratulations to ckpetrus on the 2nd place FTF....long, but interesting story. I have learned a valuable lesson. Always place your cache before you submit it to the reviewer for approval. Yes, I know that's the rule anyway, but I never imagined a 1 hour turn around time on approval. Based on information from ckpetrus and CC-SCHMITZFAMILY4, I have placed a no night time attribute to this cache.
