Cache is located close to a very quaint (City Council?) utility building.
Tree coverage may affect reception, but there's not a lot of places to hide a cache (well, not a lot of places I would hide a cache).
Please don't use brute force to open the container, there's a technique to opening it, and please don't leave anything in it, even if you think it'll fit.
Contains just a logbook, so BYO pen.
