Geocache Description:

This is a regular size one room multibed TB hostel conveniently located near the Vilnius downtown area.

Sala is a Soviet era relict. Sala has a romantic meaning of an Island in English. This particular island is an area (sort of a semi-legal from the point of human right view) to temporarily inhabit drunks collected throughout the city by cop corps. Be cautious: if you had too many shots and your body or tongue is operating separately from your mind in public places you are on target. You can easily get delivered to Sala Hostel to spend a night if the order guards suspect you drank too much. Staying there is rather cheap moneywise: 28 Litas for one night. Normally you won't stay there another night. There are supposed to be multi bed rooms indoors with a capability to tie your legs and hands to the bed you are resting on. You won't be tied if you don't act agressively and try fighting nursery or your roommates and in some occasions may even get given a blanket.

I saw a rather cosy two bed room outdors. I think it also belongs to Sala and is reserved for most redneckish islanders:

To get to the cache you don't necessarily have to pass the main entrance, but I am providing a waypoint should you decide to. It is pretty much safe, right beside a backyard of the police station. Don't attempt to take pictures openly. The cache itself is located by a cozy path on the left bank of Neris. Make sure muggles are not staring at you while you do your business. Expect some muggles to buzz back and forth the path, but generally the cache can be found easily without attracting too much unwanted attention. The cache is a small sandwich box.

Please no other swag, just TBs and GCs. The hostel will be cleaned out of other stuff than trackables periodically. This is not a TB prison and the hostel administration can't put its own rules on other people's items so you are encouraged to take all trackables should you decide so. Please document all TB traffic in the physical logbook. The log itself will be turned into a TB as soon as it is full.

Have fun and don't drink too much.

The coords provided are only approximate. As with all my hides I try to do as much sampling as possible, but seldom get a professional precision. Don't expect to find the cache exactly at the numbers your GPSr reads. Other than plainly logging "off coords" please add your version of correct coords, this will make your entry useful both for cache owner and other seekers. Appreciate your cooperation.
