Geocache Description:

Small pill bottle placed near a cliff fracture. Placed with our nephew, Rhylan - he loves the rocks.

Located off the trail a bit near the rocky cliffs in Gateway Mesa Open Space. No need to get near the cliffs to find this one, but note how a large section of the cliff has seperated from the mesa nearby. Please stay on the rocks as much as possible after leaving the the Mitchell Gulch Connector Trail. You can follow the cliff edge from the main loop trail as well - a bit more off trail walking but more interesting rocks.

Gateway Mesa Open Space is located off of SH86 between Castle Rock and Franktown. The short entrance road is now marked but please use caution.
