Geocache Description:

This is a series of quick and easy caches dedicated to my favorite animal. I put them out with those days in mind where the weather isn’t ideal and you just want to grab a few, but nothing too difficult.

The Turkish Van is a rare and ancient breed that developed in central and southwest Asia. They were first brought to England in 1955, but it wasn't until 1982 that they arrived in the United States. This breed is a large, white semi-longhaired cat with colored markings on the head and tail. The coat has a cashmere texture and lacks an undercoat. It is water resistant and is one of the reasons that they seem to be fascinated with water.
