The Keymaster, also known as Vinz Clortho, is the "Terror Dog" who possessed Louis Tully in the first Ghostbusters movie. Both the Gatekeeper (who possessed Dana Barrett, played by Sigourney Weaver) and the Keymaster have the ability to possess human hosts and then change into their native "Terror Dog" form. And when that happens, you better keep them apart, because they will work together to open the door for Gozer (he's the real bad guy).
For the cache, having both the gate and the key is a good thing. The coordinates take you to the gate. This is a simple Mystery/Puzzle cache and the puzzle is only necessary to protect this highly visible cache from muggles. All the information you need is below. You're looking for a silver bison tube, locked away behind a combination lock. You'll have to figure out the combo to the lock below (it's pretty simple).
If you know the star who played Vinz Clortho/the Keymaster in the transformed state (otherwise known as Louis Tully in his human form - well, he was an accountant, so maybe it was his subhuman form) then you will be able to easily decipher the combo by applying the four letters in his first name to this simple conversion table:
A - 0
B - 1
C - 2
D - 3

Convert the name into the 4-digit combo (all 4 digits are even numbers), and you're almost there. Slide down the protective cover (which hides the dials), enter the combo, and push down on the black lever to release the door. Please remember to snap the door closed, scramble the combo, and slide the protective cover back in place as you leave.
Many thanks to the Montour County Recreation Commission for allowing me to create this find (which is at the entry to the Hess Recreation Area). This park is a wonderful resource very close to town and not many people know about it. The recreation area is supposedly open only dawn to dusk, but respectful usage after hours doesn't seem to be discouraged. The access road is closed in the winter, but you can walk into the park.
