Located in the historic mining town of Lead. This cache has easy access to it's location, easy sloping grass and a few stairs. Accessible year round, muggle awareness is low and stealth can be easily done.
The cache is in a transparent plastic waterproof locking container. It is not on the ground, but may be snow covered in winter. There is a camera in the cache that you may use to take your photo. Just list what picture you are and I will post photos when camera is full. Also included in the cache are a calculator, motorcycle mirror, Alaskan flower seeds, Alaskan bookmark and an Alaskan geocoin.
We are transplants from Alaska and wanted to place a cache in our adopted town.
The cache is named for thr ore crushing machines that used to dominate this area. Also, to the recommended restaurant across the street.
