This is a cache at the newly installed Springhill Clock.
The city of Springhill (part of Mobile) has been actively working on a beautifying project in the area. You can see many of the buildings around ground zero have been affected by it. And you can pick out the buildings that will be affected by it. The cache is not in the flowerbeds, nor do you have to go into the flowerbeds in any way to find the cache.
