Due to my advancing age, I (and my doctor) am concerned about the possibility of my experiencing a medical situation while on the road to Maintain one or more of my 120 GC Geocaches and 50 GCA Geocaches.
If you live near this Geocache, or regularly travel near it, you might be interested in Adopting this Geocache (or more of mine). Please let me (WanderingAus) know by Message at
Geocaching Message Center
if you are interested, including the cache code or codes
(e.g GC21HAF for this cache).
Due to the temporary nature of pens and pencils in my geocaches
BRING YOUR OWN WRITING IMPLEMENT!!!
I enjoyed hunting down a couple of richlink's "Last Known Address" series of caches, and having spotted a large number of cemeteries in my travels I asked richlink if I could add to the "Last Known Address" series of caches. I received a reply in the affirmative on 5 May 2009, but I couldn't find my Round Tuit, so it took me a while to place any. (See my GC1RB3G WanAus 95 - Round Tuit if you don't know what that means.)
I've tried to keep to the simple style of Richlink's caches, so they are all micro containers, although some are bigger than others.
This cache is a drab camo'd 500ml round screw-top container. Contents are log book, finders cards, pen, two pencils, sharpener, and a few small swaps. Please be sure to screw the lid on tightly, and conceal it as found. Also PLEASE DON'T STEAL THE PEN , and watch out for muggles.
This cache has been included in my Mystery Cache GC1QYV5 WanAus 89 - Roaming Western Australia replacing GC1PZCY WanAus 76 - Pemberton RSL Gun which was Archived. There are twelve caches each with an RWA number which must be found in order to solve the Mystery. There is now an RWA number in the back of the log book, which must be recorded in order to ultimately find GC1QYV5 WanAus 89 - Roaming Western Australia. You MUST record the number as 76n (where n refers to the third digit of the RWA number as found in the back of the log book) in order for the final calculations to be correct.
This is just a suggestion, but it may help you to keep track of the RWA numbers.
Every cache page has "*Personal Cache Note" *Click to enter a note, just above Geocache Description:
You could either add the code to each individual cache,
or add all numbers to GC1QYV5 WanAus 89 - Roaming Western Australia.
When trading items please consider trading up or trading even and leaving items that you would want to find, and please don't take the pen, pencils or sharpener. If you can't trade up or trade even I don't mind seeing TNLNSL in the log. Also please don't put the pen or pencils in the log book bag, it tends to destroy the watertight integrity.
Trackables (geocoins and travel bugs) are not tradeable items. Please feel free to take them without making a trade, but please leave a note in the logbook and your online log, and do log them online.
