A Cache about Half Way to Summit at Martin Park GC20MYB
I was asked to re-locate Spectre of Collectables Past (GC1RCPX) - So I decided to place it here to bring a few more cachers into this beautiful park and give cachers who have not found the other 2 caches here, a reason to go and get 3!!!
The Railroad Tie-In for those that are following my Railroad themed caches: The Railroad that travels on the other side of the creek (from the Summit cache) was once part of the Octoraro Branch of the PRR. It's now an extension of SEPTA. It is part of the railroad that now ends in Elwyn, but it used to go to Wawa, then Glen Mills Station, then ending in West Chester. The West Chester Railroad ends at Glen mills Station now. They have their own web site and they run excursions throughout the year.
The cache is an ammo can. If you did Spectre - you are welcome to find the container again. There is no FTF prize in here and the logs and swag are the same ones, I simply moved it down the street a bit.
The trail is packed stone, but has a few wet areas after a rain. The final leg is thorny and will need to be bushwhacked in the summer.
I'll try to get back out to put new swag and new logs as soon as I can, but when the logs get full, signing the backs of the log sheets is fine..
