A short time killer Mystery Cache

I was watching my wife killing time in a waiting room last week and
had an idea for a puzzle that just about anyone should be able to
get some satisfaction out of.
Once you figure out where to go, you'll be looking for a small lock
n lock container that should be hidden pretty well. The initial
contents are a FTF prize that I claimed from another cache and a
couple of small trade items.
