A good place for tourists to stop and look.
In the past towns and cities were surrounded by a wall and the gates were closed at night to keep the sleeping citizens safe. Loxton has no such walls and gates, but there are nevertheless three town guardians. At one entrance sits a Dolphin to welcome weary travellers to the town. At another a Gypsy stands guard. Here it is a Crane, who watches and checks all, who venture past.
