Sedlo Tlstý javor je horské sedlo <1018 mnm> v hlavnom hrebeni Veporských vrchov. Sedlom prechádza cesta, ktorá spája Brezno s Hrinovou. Nedaleko sedla lezi Vrch Tlsty javor ktory je vyssi o 50 m. V sedle je cintorín padlých vojakov v 2. svetovej vojne.
