CONGRATS to birdnest61 for FTF !!!

I
put this cache here because it seems Chipley is a little slack on cache's so I
am Gong to try and remedy this problem 1 cache at a time.
This is a special cache for us because we have a Mom near by to help keep a eye
on it for us so if you go for the cache in the daylight hours and you see nice
Lady and her little dog outside say hello. Her Name is Arvis.
