Home to Roost Mystery Cache

Based on a puzzle cache by Fluffy-Chick (GC2XHKZ) but with a little mcwomble twist.
Unlike the original this is not a cache and dash, but a pleasant little walk first as you'd expect after which you're looking for a camo'd bison tube so bring your own pen.

The Longfield Chickens have divided up the menage, in strict accordance with the pecking order, and plan to build personal coops. Crow has laid down strict guidelines :-

1. Each plot must contain exactly two coops
2. Each row and each column cannot contain more than two coops
3. No two coops can be adjacent to each other, either diagonally, horizontally or vertically

Help the chickens plan their new abodes.

Once you've solved the location of the coops, solve the following sudoku

Map the position of the coops on to the sudoku grid on the respective rows to find the cache location at N51 ab.cde E0 fg.hjk
