***Update***
12/10/2009: There is a snowbank being built up in the area of GZ so
I am making a change in the terrain to reflect this. PLEASE be
careful when searching this cache if you need to climb up or down
the snowbank.
A few days
before Santa asked Rudolph to guide his sleigh thru the fog there
was a huge snowball fight between the Santa's reindeer &
Santa's elves. It seems that some of the elves were planning this
snowball fight for sometime & made a huge stock pile of
snowballs.
During a break
from toy making the elves decided it was time to surprise the
reindeer. As the reindeer were on the way to roof top landing
school from the sleigh obstacle course they passed the Christmas
tree maze. All of a sudden a snowball came flying over the tree
tops & hit Blitzen right on the antlers. Blitzen shook it off
& asked "who threw that?"
As the reindeer
made a running leap to clear the tree tops to find cover from the
barrage of snowballs they heard giggles from the otherside of the
trees. Donner said it sounded like Jingles & Jangles were the
ones laughing.
"What can we
do? We dont have anything to fling snowballs back at Jingles &
Jangles." said Prancer. Rudolph saw something earlier that just
might work for repaying the elves for their mischievous fun.
Rudolph trotted over a few rows of trees & jumped into a tank
that was used for shooting stars up into the sky.
Rudolph started
the tank & made his way over to the rest of Santa's reindeer.
They loaded up the tank with snowballs & started to defend
themselves. The elves soon found out they were going to lose this
snowball fight & gave up very fast.
After it was
all done Santa's reindeer all came over to Rudolph & said
"Tanks ! ! Rudolph"
You will be
looking for a 35mm film canister. Please bring your own writing
instrument.
If the parking
area to the south of cache is not plowed there is plenty of parking
on the street near the cache but PLEASE be careful when
exiting/entering your vehicle as this street can be busy at
times.
The way the
cache is placed there is no need to climb up or on the tank or to
get your hands greasy.
