Nice little drive into the country.
The container contains the North co-ordinates to Stage #3. Bring a writing tool and paper to write the co-ordinates.
Each stage is a logable cache.
On August 21, 2008, EZFlyer sent me out to check out 3 new caches he was thinking of publishing. Wanted to make sure his co-ordinates were correct.
Why would I doubt his intentions, so exhausted from work, driving and quite hungry, off I go to do this good deed.
Stage #1 - The Proposal Series: walk on water (GC21P32
) This stage left me in a bit of "ha?" but since he wasn't with me I couldn't question him, co-ordinates checked out.
Stage #2 - The Proposal Series: The rose garden (GC21P2Y
) This stage, left me in an aw, my first time in this park, but then again, I was new to Welland. Since then, improvements have been made to the scenery in this park.
NOTE: Even thought there is no gates, the sign says No Trespassing between 9:30 PM and 8:00 AM. Not sure what that means since the park has nice paths, good parking and good lighting. I think we should respect the sign and try and get this cache done within the many hours remaining.
Stage #3 - The Proposal Series: Final - "Wave!" (GC21PRJ
). This is the final and will lead you very close to where I found a note with an invite to dinner that evening.
Parking available near by.
Bring your own writing tool.
PLEASE NOTE: This cache and the other two in this series will be archived on July 22, 2012.
