The above coordinates are not the final location of the cache.

The Town of Amherst was founded in 1759, exactly 250 years ago. Since then the town’s citizens have had the foresight to place in conservation protection 1,965 acres of land. This is composed of 56 conservation areas and 80 miles of foot trails. This cache is located just off one of those trails. To locate the cache you will have to solve the puzzle below.

The cache is a small plastic lock and lock container. Enjoy and leave no trace.

Remember to wear BLAZE ORANGE during hunting season.
