Geocache Description:

On top of a hill in the David Sarnoff preserve, right beside the Paumanok Path. Follow the white blazes west about 3/4 of a mile from the DEC parking lot on Quogue-Riverhead Road. A NYS-DEC permit is required to park and hike here.

Just print it, fill it out, and mail it in. It only takes a couple of weeks to receive the permit.
