Nice place to stop and look up, down, out, or around, whatever is your pleasure.
The Boy Scouts are in the area often so be on the lookout. The dogs being walked nearby will bark at you. The people walking nearby will stop and stare. Have fun, but please don't damage the hillside whether you are going up or down, or neither. Park in any nearby parking lot. I left an unactivated TB for the FTF. BYOP
