Half Moon Cay Hide Traditional Cache

Welcome to Half Moon Cay, On the 2,500 acre Half Moon Cay there are plenty of excursions to do, but none of them relates to Geocaching. This small cache compliments the others, plus one virtual already established on the Cay.

Your adventure starts at the cruise boat tender landing where you can take a nice walk on a paved trail leading to and ending at the horse stables. From there you simply take an easy stroll a short distance down the beautiful beach watching your GPS pointer till it points directly to the right where you will see an uphill trail. You will be looking for a "decon" plastic waterproof container with some small trinkets in it. Bring your own pen.

As always, your picture being posted on the cache site is appreciated, especially with the boat in the background. Yes, 20-30 people actually live on the island, just out of your sight in the brush and woods. We welcome ALL geocachers especially the hard workers keeping this wonderful island alive with activity.
