The third cache in a series of 9 caches placed around the Elsecar area to support the Christmas Corroboree Event. The route is relatively easy going but some sections can be muddy to wear appropriate footwear and clothing.
The recommended parking for this series is the large car park opposite Elsecar Park next to the Heritage Centre car park. Continue along the path out of the wood and head towards Linthwaite Lane. Don’t forget to make a note of the clue on the log sheet/book to help you find Rudolph’s Pasture. It’s as simple as that.
The cache is a regular sized tupperware container with a label and a bit of tape added in places and it contains a log book, pencil, sharpener, a few trade items and FTF card.
PLEASE TAKE TIME TO REHIDE EACH CACHE AND USE STEALTH AS IT WOULD BE A SHAME FOR ME TO HAVE TO ARCHIVE THIS SERIES DUE TO MISSING CACHES.
