adjacent to paved, lightly-used, county roadway; elevation 465; look East to MT. Hood, West to Blueberry Barn Quilt!
Excellent, easy cache for kids and others new to geocaching. Large Ammo Box "Hotel" that can certainly be used for trading and/or dropping Travel Bugs and any Geocoins.... On a clear day, bring your camera to take view shots of the Willamette Valley, the Blueberry Barn Quilt, and, particularly Mt. Hood. (see Gallery for Mt Hood photo taken from this spot). Pleasant Hill, upon which you stand, is an eastern extension of Parrett Mountain. If you visit on a clear winter eve, expect to see the lights above Timberline Lodge on the Miracle Mile.....about 60miles due east!!! PS: The watchful folk in nearby homes are not muggles...no stealth required! FTF gets a nice original 10 Deutsch Mark bill.... Congrats HPYCMPRS for the FTF!! :-)
