Geocache Description:

An easy cache in the Crossings of Colonie Park hidden as a surprise tribute to Hootyhoo.

A mystery of sorts. Just what is the significance of the cache name? Is it in regard to an old classic TV show where McGarrett says, "book 'em Dano"? Could it be that Hootyhoo passed her 50th cache find? Is it because she got a grade of 50% on her recent DMV drivers exam? Hmmm. Could it be due to a speeding ticket in a school zone? I know...do You?

This cache is located within the Crossings of Colonie Park not far from the Albany Int Airport. The Park is a 130-acre community park that features a five-acre lake, boulevard style park drive, playground, and a network of pedestrian trails.

Come enjoy the park anytime of year and seek the others caches here as well. Bring the dog. Have a picnic lunch in any season. There's iceskating on the pond in wintertime.

Bring your own pen. There is room for small items such as coins or a small TB. A Colorado 300 w/WAAS was used to establish this hide.
