Geocache Description:

A relatively simple cache in a Regional Park adjacent to Christchurch, best accessed by mountain bike or a stout pair of legs.

Best access to the cache is from the car park at S43 27.928 E172 28.094. Visiting the cache involves a return trip of approximately 3km from the car park. It is recommended that use be made of the excellent cycle and walking tracks and forest roads. These will lead you to within a few metres of the cache.

It is recommended that you take your mountain bike, and even if you have found my other cache in the park, Tour de McLeans (Canterbury), GCZ31A you go ride once more the excellent mountainbike track through the park and explore it's 2 new extensions - a ride now totaling 17 kilometres.

The cache is a camo'ed 800ml plastic screw top container containing logbook, pencil and assorted items.
