The cache is located beside the Deerpark - about 1 mile from the village of Doagh, Co. Antrim.
My name is Tarantula and I'm easy to see,
I bet you're glad there's only one of me.
Mainly orange with a little black disguise,
Eight rubbery legs and two beady eyes.
I've a terrible reputation and have been known to eat,
The odd geocacher for a special treat.
So when you find me handle with care,
But you can tickle my tummy if you dare.
Where do you look - up or down?
Perhaps below, or on the ground?
Go seven paces from the black stuff to find a tree,
And about one metre up I'm there to see.
On a branch I patiently sit and spin,
To produce a thread so clear and thin.
It leads to where you need to go,
For here you'll find a suspended micro.
This road can be busy at times - please park carefully a short distance up the Deerpark. Take care on the bank - it can be slippery. Please bring a pencil - tweezers to extract the log paper would be handy.
