JR Umeda Freight Line runs between Shin-Osaka Station and the Osaka Loop Line.
The Freight Line is now more important than ever serving as bypass between JR Tokaido Line and Kansai Airport (KIX) . In fact, Airport Express Haruka runs between Kyoto and KIX every 30 minutes on this Umeda Freight Line!
A cache is placed near the underpass of the Umeda Freight Line. The cache is NOT under the tracks. Stay out of the underpass and be stealthy all the time as muggle traffic is seamless.
