A cache in the woods. Guarded by a large ant hill. Birds in the water, what a great spot to be. Follow trail in rather than bushwacking. cache is an irregular style thats why no size is listed.. you will see... This Cache is 12 years old and still going. Thank you for updating the logbook when needed..
This cache is about the "ant hill" . I know there are lots of ant hills that are larger, but this one is right out in the open and very neat to look at.. Geo-Biology 101. Cache is " not " hidden near the ants (even though I thought about it). If you need help, due to poor GPS'r then walk 12 large (adult size) steps due north from the ant hill..to find the rather small cache. Ants are little,so what did you expect? I will post a picture of this cool pile of LIFE Park at entrance to Nanaimo River Regional park and hike old railgrade to Trailhead ( approx 500 meters)
