Welcome to Archbold Reservoir. The area is NOT accessible from County Road 22. You will have to snake your way through Archbold's maze of streets.
If anyone knows what this thing was, post it in your log. Creative assumptions are always welcome. You are looking for a small loc&loc. No parking on the grass, and no driving on the reservoir banks! Bring your fishing pole, as long as there is no ice.
This area is prone to flooding, so please place a rock back on top of the cache container. I don't want it to float away.
