Movie themed cache, so bring a DVD to trade if you want. This is a short walk into a wooded area with a gentle slope. The cache is well covered but due to the size of the cache you should find it pretty quick. Please follow all community rules and park in front of wooded area or white house just before the cache (419 Oneida Trl). See long description for more details.
What is better than watching a nice movie after a full day of caching? (except maybe some night caching!)
The "greenbox" is a take on the popular "redbox" movie kiosks that can be found at various locations around the country. The difference here is that our movies are FREE! This movie themed cache contains a selection DVD's that will no doubt vary widely.
Some simple rules about the cache:
• This is a movie themed cache, but other items and trackables may be placed in this cache.
• Please only place rated movies in the cache (G, PG, PG-13, and R)
o No NC-17, X, or unrated movies with adult content please, caching is fun for families.
• No copies of movies
o We do not sponsor or encourage movie piracy
• Please don't place severely scratched or broken DVD's in the cache
o No one wants to sit down to watch a movie and fight with skipping or freeze ups
o Keep in dust jacket or some sort of case to prevent damage
• As with all caches, please do not place any food (including candy) in the cache!
• Please log what you took and what you replaced it with online and in the logbook so that others will have an idea which movies (or other items) are in the cache.
o Be sure to report any abuses of the rules so I can remove them ASAP.
This cache is hidden in a wooded lot near my (Big Fish) home. We live in a private community. You are welcomed to visit this cache as our guest, however please obey all posted speed limits and other restrictions. THIS IS A DAYLIGHT CACHE ONLY, please do not show up to cache here after dark. Please park in front of our house (419 Oneida Trail) and enter the woods from the road. This should be a pretty easy walk for most people but is not wheelchair accessible. The cache is in a pretty obvious place. Please reach in, not over to retrieve container and replace as you found it.
Please follow the rules or we will be forced to archive this cache. It seemed like a neat way to share some videos we don't watch anymore combined with our favorite past time.
I will post the initial movies for the cache in a note after the cache is published.
