Plenty of nearby parking at playground/splashpark. In the summer, likely to be full of muggles so stealth may be needed. This would be a fun cache for families with youngsters due to playground proximity. The cache has several small games and toys as swag to get it started. Park closes at dusk; so no night caching. I started geocaching a couple months ago with my two young sons (5 and 3). The boys have loved the treasure hunting/hide and seek aspect of geocaching. This was our first cache to hide. We wanted to place it near a playground so families that are geocaching with young kids could visit the playground as well. We also loaded it with prizes that would be fun for kids. The cache is a short walk from parking, but does involve some minor bushwhacking and is not on a trail. You are looking for a small Lock & Lock container. The container was decorated by my 5 year old; the drawings are pictures of the Grinch. I placed a special baggie of prizes for the FTF in the cache. I also placed a trackable travel bug in the cache. Please move this along as it has had a rather limited travel history since it was started 2 years ago and I would like to see it get a fresh start on it's ultimate journey to Germany. The cache is named Spin City for Kids due to the large number of spinning items on the playground. My wife thinks the playground designer has an obsession with spinning.
