At the western end of the double peak trail look for the single track just past N 33° 06.699' W 117° 11.297'. There is a nice path through the ceanothus running north of the fire road which runs along the ridge. Down the steep and rutted road and back up gets you where you need to be.
The cache initially contains a log book and pens, 3 cassette tapes, a cowboy boot, a bear claw, beads, a compass bike bell, a pair of blue bike gloves, a set of helmet graffiti bug stickers, 13 pennies and a Connecticut quarter. The container is a large plastic jar, not big enough for a CD.
