This cache is a magnetic 35mm film pot placed about 1.5m above ground level. So it should be suitable for wheelchair cachers.
WINTER UPDATE:
This cache is above ground level and should still be accessible during snowy weather.
This cache is located at the edge of one of the many pay car parks along Hastings Seafront.
As with most of the Hastings Seafront caches, the Satellite View and Additional hint should make this an easy find.
This general area is where Hastings' main sea fishing activities are undertaken and where you can buy fresh fish from the local shops.
You can also buy oysters here.
But be careful because I believe that they are really strong and could therefore result in your being up all night!
