Avebury-West? Traditional Cache

As noted in our Stonehenge-West? cache (GCTBRC), our ancestors, the ancient Druids, worshipped at Stonehenge on Salisbury Plain in England nearly 4000 years ago. Druids also worshipped at Avebury, about 20 miles North of Stonehenge. Avebury also has stone circles which are about 1000 years older than Stonehenge. Although the stones are much smaller at Avebury, the area is about 16 times larger than Stonehenge with the outer circle of stones having a diameter of nearly 1/4 mile.
Near the location of this cache at the famous “Traffic Circle” intersection of PCH, Lakewood Blvd. and Los Coyotes Diagonal in Long Beach, we noticed some mysterious stones reminiscent of Avebury. Possibly these also are artifacts of some long ago civilization. Very strange!!
Originaaly small camoed plastic jar, now small plastic tube, down low. Please cover it back up when replacing. There may be parking in the adjacent lot and there is more parking available in the street around the corner. DO NOT park in the street in front of GZ!! As always, don't let the muggles know what you are doing.
