We will be raffling a New Delorme GPS, $100, $50, $25, $25. & more raffles. All raffles to be awarded Sat 9pm!

A conch shell is blown to signal the beginning of the show and a blessing is offered in traditional Hawaiian fashion to set the tone for what is sure to be a memorable evening.

Schedule of Events Friday, June 11

3 pm - Vendors Set-up:
Register at registration booth before setting up. There will be no selling outside of the flea market.

5 - 10 pm - Registration & Information:
Please check in to receive your name tag and pre-registration packs. Drop off your Travel Bugs and Coins. Don't forget to buy raffle tickets. (All Raffles will be drawn on Saturday evening) Food vendors will be available throughout the evening. Cash and checks only

All attendees must register/sign the log book and have on a GEOFEST II name tag.

5 – 7 pm - Poker Run ($5.00 donation):
You will be handed a sheet with 5 waypoints to the event caches. In each of these caches you will find an envelope that you take. Once you find all 5 caches you will return those envelopes to the GeoFest. You will then open your envelopes to find out what 5 playing cards you have found. You will have a chance to buy 2 more cards to better your hand. We will be doing a 50/50 with the donation fee. The highest hand is the winner of the poker run. The number of attendees will determine a second or 3rd place winner as well.

5 - 10 pm -

50/50 & Raffles- Begin buying your 50/50 & Raffle tickets at registration table. 50/50 & Raffles will end on Saturday at 9 pm.

Silent Auction- Begin placing your bids on the items you would like to have. (Remember to check back often on your bid as the Silent Auction does not end until Saturday at 4 pm)

Best Camo Cache Design- Begin submitting your cache design-Now's the chance to show off your skills and inventiveness-so bring along your favorite camo cache-or make one for the competition. If your cache design wins you will receive a prize. Best Cache design ends on Saturday at 5:30 pm. (Note: submitting your cache design means that you are donating it to the GEOFEST to be live auctioned off on Saturday). Winners will be announced during the live auction.

Best Camp Site- Decorate your camp site with the GEOFEST II Theme and if your camp site is voted the best-win a prize! Contest ends at 9 pm on Saturday when the winner will be announced.

Beach Scene Pictures- Come and have your picture taken at our beach scenes throughout the event on Friday. Our volunteers will be happy to take your picture with your camera.

8 am-3 pm - BBQ Chicken Dinner Tickets Sold-Buy your tickets for the best BBQ Chicken around! If you forgot to get your dinner tickets, now is the time to get them while you still can, BUT there will only be a limited number of tickets available!

9 am - 3 pm - Kids Contests-Kids of all ages-design/build a Tiki out of the supplies provided and enter it. Color a picture and enter it. Contestants can enter both contests. Prizes Awarded! (Parental Supervision Required) Winners will be announced at the end of the live auction.

9 am - Dusk – Games - All ages
Corn Hole, Volleyball, Horse Shoes, Limbo games set up for your enjoyment. Beach Ball Volleyball, Water Balloon Toss

11 am - 12 Noon - Wherigo Presentation “Help Me Find the Key”

11am – 12 Geocaching Presentation For Boy & Girl Scouts

12 pm - ? GCinOHIO First Annual Car Show: Have a car you would like to SHOW OFF? Enter it in the car show. Cost is $5.00 to enter your car and enables you a chance to win attendance prize drawings at 1:00, 2:00, 3:00, 4:00, and 5:00 pm. Learn about Geocaching while you are checking out the sweet rides! Cachers can enter their cache mobiles ($5.00 entry fee) decorated in the Geofest Theme-so cachers decorate those cache mobiles!

This presentation will help you build your puzzle-solving skills

4:00 Silent Auction Ends- All bids should be placed by this time.

5 pm - 6 pm - Pick up items from Silent Auction:
You can pick up your items from the main registration area. (Cash & Checks Only)

5:00-5:30- pm -Best Dressed Luau Theme Modeling Contest-Come dressed in your best luau theme outfit and enter the contest to be judged. Winner will be announced at the end of the live auction.

5:30 pm- Best Cache Design Ends-(Winners will be announced during the live auction.) Best Dressed Theme, Tiki Design & Coloring contests end. (Winners will be announced at the end of the live auction)

6 pm – Group Photo:
At the grandstand taken by Always & Forever Studios

6:30-7:30 pm - Live Auction:
“PokerBuzz” back by popular demand! Join us for some good auction items and some great fun!

7:30-8:30 pm Luau Bingo:
Free games with prizes awarded. In addition, one round or more will cost you a geocoin and winner takes all. (Bingo caller's option as to which games are prize awarded or which will cost you a geocoin)

9:00 pm – 50/50 and All Raffles End. Must be present to win.
