This cache is located on the Idaho side of a stretch of highway that drives along the Idaho-Wyoming border.
This is the southern edge of the border drive. For about 4.5 miles north the highway is on the exact border of the states. So if you drive north from here you are in Wyoming (if you stay in your lane). If you're heading south from the cache GC1X92G, you're in Idaho until you get to this bend in the road.
