The container is a magnetic key holder with room for a log only so bring your own writing instrument. It is hidden on a new single lane bridge that replaced a bridge that used to see a lot more traffic than it does now. The bridge on County Rd 13 to the west bypassed Rocks Mills eliminating sharp curves and dangerous intersections on the then main road.
The mill is being torn down and the dam is reportedly being removed. I haven't heard if the area is being redeveloped or if it was all a safety hazard. When I first placed the cache the sulphur spring nearby was not that noticeable. Now the place just plain stinks at times. There is ample parking at the side of the road. This isn't a troll hide so there is no need to go under the bridge. It is a quiet area with minimal traffic, most of the time.
