When our son was attending Venetucci Elementary, he had a friend who lived right around the corner from here. The local urban legend was that there were alligators in the small fenced in area 180 feet to the northwest of here. The kids used to dare each other to stick their hands inside. I don't know what is in there, but there certainly aren't any gators!
After cache was posted, hartsdale found out that the area connects with the street to the west for drainage and sometimes it looks like a small pond after a downpour.
