An easy cache placed on a footpath between Huntingdon and Great Stukeley to assist with walking off some of the Christmas excess we all indulge in.
There are a number of other caches at each end of the path, and some pleasant pubs in Great Stukeley, so you could plan a days caching without too much trouble.
This is not a popular dog walking area, you can watch the scenery rather than where you are treading. A number of birds frequent the hedgerow beside the path, so you may see a Robin or two on the way.
I placed the cache when the snow was still on the ground and the sun was just going down. If you ignored the traffic noise from the A14 (roll on the new road), you could be in the middle of the countryside, rather than a couple of kilometres from Huntingdon town centre.
The cache is a click-lock box containing a few small swaps, a log book and a pencil.
