The Southern SMR #6 begins at SMR#5 and will lead you along the Wide Carriage Trail and White Rahway River Trail. The trail affords good views of the River and DIAMOND MILL POND. The pond is a popular fishing spot that is stocked with trout. The terrain is intermediate in difficulty with minimal bushwhacking.
The cache is hidden near the Locust Grove Parking lot. It's a large Lock 'n Lock container in the Hole at the Base of a Tree, Guarded by a Rock!...REPLACE THE CACHE NOT TOO FAR FROM THE OPENING SO THAT IT CAN BE COMFORTABLY RETRIEVED!! PLEASE Replace the Rock to keep the cache in place! The cache holds a Log, Pencils and GeoPins. PLEASE MAKE CERTAIN THE GEOPINS ARE DOUBLE BAGGED!
