River Walk 1 Traditional Cache
Michael: Once a cache is archived with the owner missing and the container missing it can not be unarchived to be adopted. This is the policy. Without the original container there is nothing to adopt. I am sorry but this should not have been unarchived. Since the owner is missing this cache can not be adopted I am archiving this cache. Sorry to see it go. Anyone is free to place a new cache at this location to continue the tradition.
