This is the second in the RHDR (Romney Hythe & Dymchurch Railway) series.
All caches can be accessed by the public without going on the train but could equally be done using the train on a day visit.
There is ample car parking space in the station car park.
The above co-ordinates are not for the cache but will allow you to park near by.
Dungeness is the end of the line with a returning loop on a single track.
The station houses a café and gift shop and is close to the Britannia Pub and lighthouse.
Many people wander around Dungeness taking in the wildlife as the area attracts many different species of birds and is a notorious ‘twitcher’ hot spot.
In days gone by, Dungeness had it’s own Southern Railways branch line of which the remnants of the old platform still exist. Indeed search this area and who knows what other caches you may find!
