This cache is a tribute to No. 10 Station which was opened in 1967 as St. James No. 3 Station.

The Winnipeg Fire Department was established in 1882.
Firefighting is a profession where its members are called upon daily to risk their own lives to save others from dangerous situations and to protect property. Firefighters undergo rigorous training and continually upgrade their skills to be able to safely fight fires and perform rescue operations.
DO NOT PARK IN FIRE DEPARTMENT LOTS OR IN ANYPLACE YOU WILL INTERFERE WITH EMERGENCY VEHICLES COMING OR GOING FROM HALL.
It is best to seek this cache after business hours as street parking in the area is very restricted.
You are looking for a cache with no room for trade items. Please bring a writing utensil. Try to be stealthy and not attract attention as cache is visible.
Cache is in an area not known for foot traffic, so you will look out of place wandering around. Evenings and weekends are better times to search. Again, please use stealth.
