Geocache Description:

This is a Travel Bug Hotel. It's located on the scenic overlook of the Old Thomas - Orange Bridge. Easy access is to take OH-315 north if you live in Columbus, Ohio.

This geocache was hidden at night, by crazy people, in 20 degree weather. It's our first cache and also happens to be a travel bug hotel. So please help these little critters on their way to destinations around and abroad. Also we would love it if you would take your picture by the nearby historical bridge and post it up. Great opportunity for some awesome photos.

The bridge itself has a great deal of history and a little drama about its closing and end life. It's a interesting read over at the National Historical Societies Registrar. Take a look and a read and learn about some of the best that turn of the century Ohio ingenuity had to offer.

Parking is at the parking location listed. However, there is no actual parking lot. There is ample room to pull off at the original approach to the bridge.

You can walk across the bridge, but we would like to remind everyone that it is a closed bridge and no maintaince is being done to it, so cross at your own risk.
