BQ's Cacheport Office Letterbox Hybrid

This cache has been archived.

The Blue Quasar: Moving day today and since our new residence is well beyond the 162m allowance to move a cache it is with some sadness that I must archive this listing.

The "Cacheport" series will resume in 2012.

Geocache Description:

Cacheport #101

Welcome to the first of one hundred geocaches to be released over the next two years. In this geocache you can pick up your copy of the Quasy Quest Cacheport. As you find subsequent geocaches or attend events in the series be sure to bring your Cacheport with you to perform the cancellation. Each geocache or event will have a different cancellation and they vary from rubber stamps, stickers, punches, and other items. Also, and this is just a suggestion, you might want to make notes and maybe even pay close attention to things that might seem unimportant at the time. But most of all, please have fun since that is what Geocaching should always be about for everyone.

Like all geocaches, there is a logbook for you to sign inside this container. Participation in the Cacheport is completely optional, signing the logbook is mandatory.

This geocache is a Letterbox Hybrid and it is at the posted coordinates. It is placed with permission of the property owner. However you are solely responsible for the results of any actions on your part while on said property. The neighbours have been advised about its placement and they expect that people will be approaching the geocache after parking in the driveway.

And please do not knock on the door. The dog inside will freak out, as will my wife. Thanks for your consideration!

Guest Reviewer: Jeremy Irish - The founder of Groundspeak and Geocaching.com, Jeremy is the reason for the game we love so much. Still very much involved in the development of the game, along with his two friends Bryan and Elias as well as a large development team, Groundspeak's family of GPS games continue to grow in popularity. It's been my pleasure to meet him a few times and he is very approachable and friendly.

The Cacheport Series: This is cache #101 - Please make sure that you perform your cancellation with your Cacheport book, if you are participating in this optional activity.
