Out walking the Greenway trail on this first day of winter... searching for caches and setting some new ones.
This cache is located off an unimproved trail that takes you away from the main asphalt pathway. Walk softly and you might get close to deer like I did.
Difficulty was increased only because area does get some snow from time to time which will make your search a little harder as cache hiding spot could become covered.
You'll note that the attributes for "significant walk" and "takes less than an hour" are both marked. The nearby parking lot (accessible by driving past the cola distributor on the west side of the freeway) is closed by the good folks at the Yakima Greenway Foundation at the fall DST change and then is reopened at the spring DST change. Depending on what time of year you go hunting for this cache... either attribute could apply.
