**Feb 4th UPDATE**
The Great Skate is now open thru Feb 28th just adjacent to the
balloon. This is an ice rink housed in Historic Hanger 244 and
admission and skate rentals are ALL FREE! On the weekends skate
sessions start at 11am and each session lasts 45 minutes. If time
permits after your balloon ride and BEFORE the 12:30pm lunch event
go ahead and ice skate if you can.

Riding the balloon is NOT a requirement to attend this Flash
Mob. Bystanders are welcome to watch from the waiting area.
Everyone should bring cameras to this event to shoot pictures or
video to share.
Rides are subject to delays from windy conditions and it does
NOT fly on rainy days due to visibility problems.
WAIVER INFO
NOTICE: ALL PASSENGERS MUST SIGN A WAIVER/HOLD HARMLESS
AGREEMENT AT TIME OF REGISTRATION. Waivers for children under 18
must be signed by a parent or guardian and children under 13 must
be accompanied by an adult.
DISABLED PASSENGER INFO
There are no age, height, or health restrictions to fly on the
Great Park Balloon. The Balloon is wheelchair accessible allowing
guests with wheelchairs and Electric Convenience Vehicles (ECV) no
larger than 25" wide and 48.5" long to remain in their seat during
flight. Should the wheelchair or ECV exceed the prescribed
dimensions, passengers will have to the option to transfer to a
standard wheelchair provided by the Visitor Center, or to a folding
chair placed in the Balloon’s gondola.

Just in time for Valentine's Day we are hosting a Flash Mob
right next to the Great Park's Balloon on the former lands of the
El Toro Marine Corps Air Station on Saturday, Feb. 13, 2010. Since
a physical street address is not available please DO NOT use any
car GPS navigation systems to find this location. You will probably
get LOST.
This 27.5 acre Preview Park prototypes the kind of spaces and
programs that will become part of the larger Great Park. Flights in
this TETHERED balloon are **FREE**, FIRST COME/FIRST SERVED, and
dependent on wind/weather conditions.
