Geocache Description:


The sound of the wreck bell called out the lifeboat crew of 12 volunteers. The boat could be ready to launch in 12 minutes

Complete with rescue gear, the lifeboat would go out to the crippled vessel. It has carried up to 40 people in a rescue. Many others in the water could hold onto its lifelines.

The Lifeboat now resides in the Museum just down the road

But the bell hasn't moved.
